Frequently asked questions
General
If a product fails to vend, an officer must be notified at the time of the problem. The officer will complete a incident slip. We will then verify the failed vend with our software and camera system. We do not issue refunds, however we will provide the product of a failed vend. A staff member will deliver the product of a failed vend if it is found to be valid.
Please provide the following details:
1. The card number in question.
2. A screenshot of the date and time of the last deposit.
3. The inmates name associated with the account.
Your password will be reset same day if it is during business hours. After hours requests will be handled the next business day.
